We expect you to have skills in guiding students based on their activity areas or experience working with children with developmental disabilities. In the TOI class, work is done as a team together with the teacher and other guides. Students may need assistance, guidance, and supervision in daily activities and hygiene. We value initiative, teamwork, collaboration skills, and good organizational ability. The role may include guiding morning and afternoon activities. The minimum weekly hours to be recorded in the employment contract are 25 hours (65.36% of full-time). The working hours for the school year will be confirmed during August 2026. The employment contract will also specify work interruption during school holidays if the employee does not have holiday days or compensatory hours. Salary and employment terms are determined according to KVTES. Currently, in the Ruokolahti municipality's pay system, the personal level salary for a full-time school assistant is at least 2349.39 euros per month.
