Your task is to ensure a good mood and a memorable impression, making your role especially important and allowing you to influence our customers' daily lives. Your duties include greeting customers, handling purchases and payments smoothly at line or self-service checkout, ensuring customers get all benefits, and products are neatly displayed, creating a cozy shopping environment. In the non-food department, you influence customers' daily lives: meet them, assist with daily choices, and ensure smooth service. Excellent customer service comes naturally to you – listening, helping, and making the customer’s visit a delightful experience. During the day, you will create commercial displays and delight customers with excellent service. You also handle inventory tasks like unloading, shelving, and stocktaking, requiring accuracy and systematic work. We value close cooperation across departments, meaning that during busy times, staff help at the checkout and vice versa to quickly showcase new arrivals. Skills that support your success include a heart for customer service, initiative, thoroughness, and a proactive attitude. Previous experience is a plus.
