Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager reporting to the Business System Transformation Manager within Finance. This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance functions. It is a unique opportunity to join a booming Software Business environment in a role that will directly impact business agility and success. The primary responsibilities include owning and driving end-to-end delivery of GTM technology projects, implementing AI agents for GTM, translating business needs into functional requirements, acting as the primary interface between business and development teams, driving Salesforce ecosystem improvements, delivering quick wins, and managing timelines and releases. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business systems, computer science, or related field, 5+ years of experience, CRM SFDC experience, good command of Microsoft Office, software industry experience, fluent English, process and system minded, curiosity to implement AI, business savviness, ownership, result-driven mindset, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end delivery of GTM technology projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption
- Implement AI agents for GTM
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
- Act as the primary interface between Business and development team, ensuring alignment, feasibility, and timely execution
- Drive implementation and optimization within the Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem, including process improvements, automations, and integrations
- Deliver quick wins and incremental enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality
- Manage timelines, dependencies, testing, and releases, ensuring proper delivery and user adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business systems, computer science, information technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- CRM SFDC experience
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Software industry experience is a plus
- Fluent English
