Personal Assistant - Romoi, Timo - Tampere, Finland

A position for a personal assistant is available in Hervanta, Tampere. This is not seasonal work; a long-term employment relationship is preferred. Working hours are "40 hours/week," but until the employee is familiar with all tasks, working hours are scheduled as a 90-hour cycle over three weeks. The workplace operates from Monday to Sunday in two shifts (mornings around 9-18, nights around 20-06). Work and free time alternate accordingly. NOTE: The employee cannot work only day or night shifts; all staff perform all shifts. The starting salary is €14.23/hour. NOTE: If the employee has completed a practical nurse or similar healthcare qualification, the base hourly wage is €15.09. Other benefits and conditions are in accordance with the national collective agreement for personal assistants (Heta-tes). Duties include physical assistance with daily activities (toileting, hygiene, dressing, transfers, etc.), meal assistance, household tasks, and activities outside the home. No formal education or prior experience is required, nor is a background in social and health care, but the work is demanding (in line with the original spirit of the field) and requires "basic good health."
