We are looking for energetic childcare workers with a service-oriented attitude for temporary work! As a childcare worker, you support families and assist with daily routines. You work independently in the family's home. Your tasks include childcare and light household chores according to the family's needs. Most often, you work as a home caregiver for a sick child or as a babysitter when parents are away. Your client visits may be regular, but most childcare gigs are offered on short notice for the same or next day in various families. You can work flexibly in a way that best suits your life situation, for example, alongside studies or while retired! We value friendliness, flexibility, and reliability, which are reflected in our daily work. We expect from you: 18 years of age, Good Finnish language skills; other language skills are an advantage, Previous childcare experience outside your own family and at least one reference from previous childcare work. We will train you to work in families, so you do not need formal education in the field. Our friendly team at Onni will share daily life with you, and your supervisor will support you. We pay a salary based on your years of experience according to the private social services collective agreement (pay group G17B) ranging from €13.56 to €14.91 (Other Finland) or €13.74 to €15.12/hour (Helsinki area).
