Job Description
Tavana is hiring a Head Supervisor for a new elderly community unit in Lahti, opening in fall 2026. The role involves managing home care services, working closely with the unit manager, overseeing medication, and ensuring staff RAI competence. The position is full-time, permanent, mainly day shifts, starting in September. Salary is based on the private social services collective agreement, with a base salary of €2952.96-€3220.52/month plus €224.75/month for the role.
