Payroll Specialist - Framery Oy - Tampere, Finland

Join our employee-centered culture as our Payroll Specialist. This position is a fixed-term contract until 31.3.2028 due to substituting a family leave. Your responsibilities include taking care of our hands-on payroll processes both in Finland and abroad, processing and calculating payroll, handling payroll-related reporting and accounting, supporting our global organization as a trusted contact point, working closely with external global payroll partners across 18 countries, proactively developing payroll processes, and collaborating with P&C Business Partners and the Finance team. We seek a solution-oriented professional with a great eye for detail, structured work style, and excellent communication skills in Finnish and English. Requirements include 1+ years of experience with Finnish payroll, knowledge of Finnish collective agreements, the Holidays Act, and the Working Time Act, and a curious, eager-to-learn mindset.
