The hole watcher's task is to monitor movement in confined and closed spaces and ensure that work takes place safely. The work requires concentration and responsibility, as you are in an important role in ensuring occupational safety during the project. Workdays are long (12h) and may also require readiness for shift work. You fit this job if you have: - Previous work experience in industrial environments - A good attitude and proactive work style: you are on time, do what you promise, dare to ask for help, and are ready to receive instructions and new lessons - Valid occupational safety card - Attentiveness and care - Fluent Finnish language skills It is great (but not essential) if you also have: - Class B driver's license and a car available - Hot work permit We offer you: - Salary according to TES or better, paid on time.
