Job Description
The Mäntsälä education services are seeking a substitute class teacher for the period from August 11, 2026, to June 5, 2027. The primary placement is at Nummisten School, teaching 2nd grade. The role requires enthusiasm for co-teaching, versatile teaching methods, a solution-oriented attitude, strong pedagogical approach, positive and active mindset, and good interaction and collaboration skills. Nummisten School is an elementary school with about 90 students, located in South Mäntsälä. The position involves working with young children in a supportive, safe, and development-oriented environment. The salary and employment conditions are governed by the municipal teaching staff collective agreement (OVTES). The role includes a six-month probation period.
