Marketing Employee - Vaisatek Group Oy - Lappeenranta, Finland

Itä-Suomen Kattopinnoitus and Vaisatek Kylpyhuonehuolto are seeking a proactive marketing employee for a permanent position. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and developing the practical marketing of our two service brands. The goal of your work is to increase brand awareness, generate sales leads, and improve our digital visibility. Your tasks include developing website content and search engine visibility, Google, Facebook, and Instagram advertising, social media content creation, photography and video production at work and customer sites, producing blogs, references, and marketing materials, monitoring campaign results, leads, and website traffic, and utilizing AI tools in marketing. We expect from you practical experience in marketing or content creation, good written Finnish language skills, a proactive and results-oriented work approach, ability to plan and execute marketing independently, willingness to travel to customer and work sites, and a driver’s license. Experience with Google Ads, Meta advertising, WordPress, search engine optimization, photography, video editing, and analytics tools is considered an advantage.
