The role involves coordinating with sales, production, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services. Responsibilities include responding promptly to customer inquiries via all communication modes, handling complaints according to company procedures, maintaining updated customer profiles and records as per ISO standards, acknowledging new orders, checking order information, following up on unclean orders, coordinating new item setup with GPD, coordinating with finance for new customer accounts, checking and releasing data in the system, resolving data issues, sending layouts for approval, sharing proforma invoices, dispatch details, and order status updates. The role also involves investigating customer complaints and ensuring adherence to SOPs and business rules.
