BestDrive Tampere (Paras Ajo Oy) is part of the international tire and auto maintenance chain of Continental AG, serving both private and corporate customers in Nekala. We are looking for a workshop supervisor / maintenance salesperson who keeps daily operations running smoothly both in the workshop and at the counter. They act as a link between the repair shop and customers, as well as a supervisor for mechanics. They are responsible for the daily flow of the workshop, scheduling, safety, and financial results. The role requires excellent organizational skills, technical understanding, and customer service skills. Typical daily tasks include customer service, administration, work organization, scheduling, quality control, invoicing, spare parts sales, and ordering.
