There is an opening for maintenance and repair tasks in a company with a team that works well together, fair pay, and opportunities for long-term development. We are seeking a candidate for pump maintenance and repair tasks. Our client is a well-established, financially stable company with a close-knit and communal team. The work is primarily field-based, with varied daily tasks and little routine work. If you enjoy active and diverse work, this could be the right opportunity for you. Job tasks: - Pump maintenance, repair, and installation work - Focus on pump stations, properties, and industrial sites - Mainly team work, but occasional independent work - Workday begins and ends at the workshop, where maintenance vehicle packing and basic repairs are part of the daily routine. What we offer: - Permanent and long-term employment, starting immediately in April-May - Working hours generally from 7:30 to 16:00, 40 hours/week (compensated for Fridays) - Opportunity for voluntary on-call duties and occasional overtime - Salary according to the Technology Industry Collective Agreement (approximately €15/hour, depending on skills) - Use of company vehicle; own car not required during workdays. The work begins as a temporary agency contract through us, but the goal is to become a permanent employee with the client after a successful collaboration. We provide extensive occupational health services, support from a dedicated contact person during employment, and a clear pathway to permanent employment. What we expect from you: - B driver's license (mandatory), C license is an advantage, having your own car is beneficial for reaching the workplace - Experience in maintenance or building services is an advantage - Electrical skills are a plus but not essential; training will be provided on the job - Interest and enthusiasm to learn pump technology - Readiness for fieldwork and working in diverse environments - Ability to tolerate that not all work is always indoor and tidy (sometimes dirtier work in wastewater areas)
