We are looking for an intern to the Communication and Interaction Team within the Urban Culture and Well-being Sector for a 3-month internship. The intern's tasks will be tailored according to their studies but may include the following supportive activities: - Participating in organizing and planning resident events and interactions, for example related to the Urban Culture and Well-being Sector's venue projects. - Organizing and conducting various workshops, such as interviewing residents. - Practical arrangements and coordination of staff participation training. - Supporting the renewal of basic staff participation training. - Participating in reports related to participation. - Various communication tasks. You will work in the sector's shared services communication and interaction team, collaborating with other sectors and different service areas within our sector. We offer good orientation and full support during your internship. You will be part of a team and unit with a positive working atmosphere and a developmental approach. To succeed in the internship, you should have basic knowledge of participation, municipal administration, and an interest in learning about participation methods and municipal organization collaboration. We value enthusiasm for engaging with residents and communication and cooperation skills. Priority will be given to applicants whose studies include an internship or who have access to higher education internship support. The internship may be suitable for students in cultural production, social work, social sciences, urban studies, or urban planning. Selected applicants will be notified on Monday, August 10, and interviews will be held on Wednesday, August 12, between 12:00 and 17:00.
