Job Description
The Credit & Collections Specialist is responsible for optimizing regional cash flow by managing the full lifecycle of accounts receivable for key portfolios. This role balances assertive collection strategies with risk mitigation to achieve monthly targets, reduce delinquency, and maintain a healthy aged receivables profile. This is a maternity leave cover position in a hybrid setting based at our Cork office. Responsibilities include managing credit and collection activities for a German customer portfolio, resolving billing disputes, performing account reconciliations, executing order releases, and monitoring credit terms to reduce DSO. Requires 18+ months experience in credit control or accounts receivable, fluency in German and English, strong communication, and numeracy skills.
