Job Description
We are seeking a CEO to be responsible for the overall management and business development of Log Master. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of warehouse logistics, logistics solutions, and software expertise. You are familiar with the 3PL business environment and can develop customer-oriented solutions together with clients and staff. The position requires good oral and written skills in Finnish and English, as you will also work in international markets. We value: Customer service and sales orientation, Technical and/or commercial education, Experience in logistics and software solutions development, Technical problem-solving skills, Experience with corporate acquisitions and integration, Good interaction and leadership skills, considering people. We offer the opportunity to lead a stable and knowledgeable company together with experienced staff and a supportive board. The current CEO will retire in early 2027. The position begins on 1.1.2027.
