Cashier, Customer Service and Café Supervisor at New Oulu Biltema Store - Biltema - Remote - Global

We are hiring a cashier, customer service, and café supervisor for our new Biltema store in Oulu. The role involves managing cash registers, customer service points, and the café. Responsibilities include cash routines, store cash flow, handling complaints and returns, training new staff, overseeing daily café operations, and being part of the store management team. The candidate should have retail or grocery experience, good interpersonal skills, leadership interest or experience, and be able to work independently and flexibly in all shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Finnish, English, and Swedish skills are preferred. We offer a responsible, versatile position in an international retail chain, with detailed training, a positive environment, and a starting salary of €2,500/month, with adjustments based on experience.
