Job Description
Runosilla Oy is a growing and innovative operator in the welfare sector, currently seeking temporary workers for home care services for families with children in the Pirkanmaa region. We are looking for professionals in social, health, and educational fields who want to do meaningful work with heart and professionalism. You will support clients in their daily lives and environment in a respectful, individualized manner, in accordance with Runosilla's values. The work is independent, mobile, and varied, but support is always available. Own car required. Salary according to G22 collective agreement. Criminal record check required before starting work. Opportunity to use creative and functional methods in your work. Statutory occupational health care through Mehiläinen. Utilization of trauma-informed approach.
