Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team working with a global technology client of Korn Ferry. The role involves a hybrid work model, with one day per week at the client's office in Châtillon and one at La Défense. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates in the industrial and engineering sectors on the French market. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, designing and deploying effective recruitment strategies, using innovative data-driven approaches, and enhancing the candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end recruitment experience, strong relationship-building skills, and fluency in French and English.
