We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Konala store. The role of an Assistant Store Manager at Puuilo is responsible and diverse. The Assistant Store Manager acts as the operational supervisor of the store staff alongside the Store Manager. They share responsibility for store management, staff well-being and training, sales, safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. The Assistant Store Manager ensures the store's relevance and achievement of sales budgets through appropriate and timely inventory management, coaching, and commercial activities. They ensure staff know their tasks and timing, and develop team members' skills. Our leadership style is empathetic and problem-solving oriented to support team development.
