We are looking for an experienced specialist chef in Chinese cuisine for a permanent position in Hämeenlinna. The job involves preparing authentic Chinese dishes, especially wok dishes, traditional Chinese sauces, and handmade dishes. The work also includes handling raw ingredients, pre-preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and working independently in a busy kitchen environment. Requirements: - At least one year of experience in Chinese cuisine - Experience in authentic Chinese wok cooking - Ability to prepare traditional Chinese dishes independently - Ability to work in a busy kitchen - Knowledge of Chinese ingredients and preparation methods.
