We are looking for guides for our clients in units providing 24-hour residential services for adults with intellectual disabilities and those requiring special support. The work is highly guidance-oriented. You can work shifts according to your preferences, especially morning and evening shifts, but sometimes night shifts are also available. The job requires flexibility, initiative, and the ability to operate smoothly in different work environments and as part of various teams. Salary: €15.00 - €18.22/hour depending on your education and experience. We expect from you: education in social or health care and registration with Valvira, previous experience in disability work and autism spectrum disorders, vaccination against infectious diseases according to section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act, good proficiency in Finnish, advantageous: hygiene passport, valid medication licenses, social and health care professional card.
