Events Lead - poolside - Remote - Global

The Events Lead at Poolside is responsible for managing all aspects of our events worldwide, including booth design, logistics, vendor relations, and team coordination. This role involves working closely with marketing, sales, product, and developer relations teams to ensure each event drives awareness, demand, and model usage. The candidate must be detail-oriented, experienced in high-stakes event execution, and capable of managing budgets, vendors, and logistics efficiently. The role requires frequent travel within the US, especially for major events like AWS re:Invent and NVIDIA GTC, and involves building relationships with partners and vendors to deliver exceptional event experiences. The Events Lead will also track ROI, analyze KPIs, and continuously improve event impact.
