Robot welder - Tammisaari Location: Tammisaari Employment: Fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment Wages: approximately €13–15/hour depending on experience and skills, according to the Technology Industry Collective Agreement We are seeking a robot welder for an established domestic metal industry operator in Tammisaari. The company operates in a modern factory environment and manufactures metal products in highly automated production. Modern manufacturing methods are utilized, and products are made almost entirely from recycled steel. You will work in production as part of a team of about a few dozen people. The factory environment is a traditional metal industry production facility where automation and robotics play a central role. What is the work like? As a robot welder, you will work on the production line with welding robots and ensure the smooth operation of robotic welding. Fanuc welding robots are used in the work. Your daily tasks include monitoring robotic welding, positioning parts, and quality inspection. The job also involves some manual welding and welding quality control. The work is primarily in 2-shift rotation, 40 hours per week. Shifts rotate regularly, and depending on production needs, there may also be night shifts.
