We are looking for a versatile and flexible care assistant to join our cheerful team at Hämeenkylä Care Home 2 in Vantaa. The role involves assisting residents with basic care, supporting active daily routines, and maintaining high-quality documentation. Tasks include helping residents with bathing, dressing, eating, and outdoor activities, as well as performing food service tasks such as setting up meals and ensuring cleanliness in dining areas. The position requires genuine interest in maintaining the functional capacity and independence of elderly residents, good cooperation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A valid hygiene passport and fluent Finnish are required. Experience in elderly care is a plus. The work is based in a peaceful residential area with new facilities and accessible parking. The work schedule is shift-based and involves working in two separate units with 27 residents each. We offer a salary of 2326.75 EUR/month plus possible experience-based additional pay, along with benefits such as a lunch benefit, 300 EUR Epassi benefit for sports, culture, well-being, or commuting, and statutory occupational health services.
