Join Kaarea Oy's school and daycare kitchen team in Turku as a shift supervisor! Are you a professional in food services ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a full-time, permanent shift supervisor for the Kaarea school and daycare kitchen team at the Ruusukortteli production kitchen in Turku, starting from August 3, 2026. We serve our customers according to school and daycare opening hours, so weekends are generally free. The Ruusukortteli production kitchen prepares 2,200 meals daily for eight different locations. As a shift supervisor, you play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, high-quality food production, and a motivated team spirit. Your work includes daily kitchen management, customer cooperation, organizing tasks and work duties, placing orders, and other kitchen tasks, as well as providing friendly customer service. You may also participate in food preparation, packaging, and dishwashing as needed. You will be part of a friendly team supporting the service supervisor, service coordinator, and other shift supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
