We are looking for a Global HR Operations Specialist to manage HR operational processes across our legal entities. In this role, you will oversee the employee lifecycle, ensure HR documentation complies with local labor laws, and coordinate with payroll providers, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include acting as subject-matter expert for Polish HR administration, executing and maintaining global HR processes, overseeing employee lifecycle transactions in HRIS platforms, optimizing HRIS configuration, maintaining employee files, providing HR support, and improving workflows across EMEA. Requirements include 4+ years of HR Operations experience, strong knowledge of Polish Labor Code and EMEA labor law, experience with HRIS platforms, high attention to detail, and English (C1) and Polish (B2+) skills.
