Team Leader is responsible for the smooth execution of cleaning services at designated customer sites. They direct and support cleaning staff in daily tasks, ensure service quality, and act as a contact person between the customer, employees, and supervisors. Training in cleaning industry, such as a supervisor qualification or equivalent. At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role. Own driving license B and access to a car. English language is required; Russian and Estonian are an advantage. The working language is Finnish. The position is full-time and will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Main Tasks include daily coordination and guidance of cleaning services, supervision, quality control, customer cooperation, feedback handling, compliance with work instructions, monitoring supplies, and arrangements for exceptional situations. Responsibilities include implementation of service level, customer satisfaction, guidance of staff, and safety compliance. Skills and education requirements include cleaning industry education, good communication, customer focus, independence, and basic mobile system skills. Work environment involves varying sites, movement between sites, collaboration with staff, and weekday hours 7-15.
