Job Description
You will own the post-sale commercial relationship with our global customer base, focusing on driving Net Revenue Retention by expanding accounts through adoption of add-on products and strategic upsells. Responsibilities include managing opportunities in Salesforce, executing outbound campaigns, leading discovery calls, and managing customer contracts and renewals.
