Bus Driver for Winter Season – Rovaniemi - Wirestaff Pohjois-Pohjanmaa - Rovaniemi, Finland

We are looking for a professional and service-minded bus driver for Rovaniemi for the winter season 2026–2027. The position offers diverse work in an international tourism environment, where each day is different. As a bus driver, you will be responsible for safe and smooth transportation for travelers and will participate in creating a positive customer experience throughout their visit. Your duties include, among others: Airport transfers, Internal transportation at accommodation sites and holiday villages, Transfers to various activities and safaris, Customer service and assisting travelers, Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and condition, Minor tasks as needed, Other seasonal tasks related to the operation. You will encounter international travelers from around the world daily, so customer service orientation, a positive attitude, and good English skills are important. Requirements include a valid D-driver's license, valid professional competence for passenger transport, previous experience as a bus driver, fluent Finnish and English skills, customer-oriented and professional work attitude, reliability, initiative, and responsibility, ability to work safely in varying winter conditions, and flexibility to perform different tasks during the season. Previous experience in tourism, transportation, or customer service is considered an advantage. We offer an interesting and diverse job during Lapland's busy winter season, an international work environment, a professional team, part-time or full-time work options, employment from November 2026 to February 2027, working hours at least 90 hours / 3 weeks or full 112.5 hours / 3 weeks, salary at least according to the collective agreement, comprehensive orientation, and valuable experience.
