Senior Lawyer in Corporate Law with Focus on Incentive Programs at Deloitte Legal in Gothenburg - Deloitte Oy - Remote - Global

As a senior lawyer with over five years of experience in corporate law, focusing on incentive programs, international restructuring, and commercial agreements, you will work in an international environment. You will provide qualified legal advice to listed and unlisted companies, covering the entire corporate lifecycle from formation and ownership changes to governance, meetings, and restructuring. You will also advise on incentive programs, including options and equity-based compensation, and assist with review, drafting, and negotiations of various commercial agreements. We seek a candidate with a law degree (LL.M. or equivalent), extensive experience in corporate law, and fluency in English. You should be business-oriented, solution-focused, and collaborative, with a strong interest in business law and a drive to make a difference.
