Recruiter - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Korn Ferry is searching for a Recruiter. As a member of Korn Ferry, the Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. This role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Key Responsibilities include creating and executing multi-channel sourcing strategies, client relationship management, conducting role briefings, following recruitment processes, and using competency-based interviews. Requires 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in IT and Engineering, client-facing experience, ATS proficiency, and sourcing methodology expertise. High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
