Construction Supervisor (Renovation) - Lokki Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy

We are looking for a skilled Construction Supervisor for our client company in the renovation sector. You will work as the site supervisor and be responsible for site operations. You will actively participate in establishing sites and planning activities. Your tasks include documentation, scheduling, material procurement, and other related duties. The start date will be agreed upon once a suitable candidate is found. The projects involve pipe renovation sites in the Helsinki metropolitan area. We expect from you: * Previous experience in site supervision of pipe renovations, at least 2 years * Relevant education in the field is considered an advantage * Reliability and good communication skills * Genuine motivation and interest in the field * Fluent Finnish language skills Recommendations and long-term employment history are considered an advantage.
