Crusher Operator for a recycling plant We are seeking a skilled and motivated crusher operator for our client's recycling plant in Helsinki. Job Description As a crusher operator, you will be responsible for the processing and crushing of construction waste at our plant. The work includes operating the machine, managing material flows, as well as daily monitoring and basic maintenance of the equipment. This role is central to the efficient recycling and reuse of construction waste. Your duties include: * Operating and adjusting the crusher according to production needs * Receiving, processing, and sorting construction waste * Monitoring machine condition and performing minor maintenance tasks * Following and developing occupational safety instructions * Collaborating with other production staff We expect from you: * Experience in using construction machinery or crushing equipment * A valid occupational safety card (other qualifications are considered an advantage) * Initiative and a responsible approach to work * Good physical condition and readiness for outdoor work in varying conditions * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team We offer you: * A stable job in the growing recycling and environmental sector * Competitive pay based on your experience * Opportunity to develop as a professional in the field * A good work community and modern tools The work is primarily full-time and may include shift work.
