Digital Director, ICT Services - Oulun yliopisto - Remote - Global

Oulun yliopisto is a multidisciplinary, internationally active university with about 4,000 staff producing high-quality research-based knowledge and providing research-based education for a sustainable, smarter, and more humane world. We are now seeking a visionary and strategic Digital Director to accelerate our digital development and renewal. The ICT services unit provides and develops services for university and university of applied sciences staff and students. The Digital Director will lead the university's overall digitalization, combining strategic planning, operational management, and collaboration across units. Key responsibilities include developing digitalization strategies, leading key projects, promoting AI and cybersecurity, and managing the ICT services unit. Candidates should have a higher university degree, experience in organizational change, strategic work, ICT development, and fluency in Finnish and English.
