Construction Worker – Helsinki City Centre We are seeking a construction worker for our client's construction site located in the center of Helsinki. The site is located on Mannerheimintie, and the duties consist of diverse construction, demolition, and assistant tasks. In this role, you will participate in various site tasks that require a proactive approach, precision, and the ability to work as part of a team. Tasks include, for example, demolition work, dismantling and rebuilding crane bases, assisting with piping work, and finishing and precision work related to excavations. Job duties may include, for example: * Various demolition tasks according to site needs * Assistant stages in dismantling and rebuilding crane bases * Assisting in piping work and the installation of excavation structures * Finishing excavations and manual precision work * Measuring slopes and ensuring levels during working hours * Maintaining general order and safety on the construction site The position is suitable for a person with previous experience from construction or infrastructure sites who can take on diverse tasks independently. We expect from you: * Previous experience from construction or earthworks sites * A valid occupational safety card (työturvallisuuskortti) * A proactive and independent work ethic * Ability to perform physical work * Diligence, especially in work stages requiring precision * Ability to work safely near machinery and other site traffic * Proficiency in Finnish Considered an advantage: * Experience in demolition work * Experience assisting in the installation of piping or excavation structures * Experience in measuring slopes or verifying levels * Experience from infrastructure or renovation projects We offer: * A workplace at a site located in the center of Helsinki * Diverse construction and infrastructure site tasks * Day shift work * An opportunity to demonstrate your skills and gain employment in future projects Interested?
