Job Description
We are seeking a sales manager for roofing renovations to take leadership of a growing sales team. You will be responsible for direct sales, team management, sales meetings, reporting, and recruiting new salespeople. The base salary is 3000€ plus commissions from personal sales and team bonuses. The sales area covers approximately 120 km around Mäntsälä, with flexibility in residence. Candidates should have several years of successful door-to-door sales experience, leadership skills, goal orientation, and a driver’s license.
