Forklift Operator for Element Factory, Pyhäntä - Henkilöstö KP Oy - Pyhäntä, Finland

We are looking for a forklift operator to participate in production at an element factory. The primary work involves moving goods and materials with a wheel loader, four-way forklift, and reach truck to storage locations and production. The forklift operator also participates in loading and, if time permits, assists with production tasks inside the factory. The materials at the factory include timber bundles, insulations, windows, panels, fasteners, and other smaller materials. Most forklift work is done between outdoor storage areas and the factory, with some work inside the factory. The forklift operator is also responsible for maintaining the storage areas. We are seeking a person with experience in forklift operations. We also expect you to be punctual, careful, and proactive. You should be willing to take on tasks and learn new work methods. We prefer someone interested in a long-term employment relationship. The factory operates in two shifts, but generally, forklift shifts are on weekdays between 7:00 and 15:30. The position follows the woodworking industry collective agreement. The salary is hourly and will be agreed upon individually. In addition to the basic hourly wage, TES-based bonuses such as Pekkases and holiday pay are paid. The employment contract is initially for six months, after which the client has the opportunity to hire the employee permanently.
