Spanish and Swedish Teacher - Viipurin Reaalikoulu Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are seeking a full-time Spanish and Swedish teacher for Maunula General School and Helsinki Mathematics High School from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027. Our school includes grades 7-9 of primary school and high school, with approximately 850 students. We are a contract school of the City of Helsinki and an independent high school. The primary school offers mathematics and physical education focus, English-language classes, and one special class. The high school has a general line, a mathematics special task, and a national mathematics education development task. Maunula General School and Helsinki Mathematics High School is a 113-year-old, future-oriented school. Our community is diverse and accepting of differences. We value initiative, collaboration, and development of teaching for the benefit of young people. The role includes teaching A- and B-level Spanish to grades 7-9 of primary school, B3-level Spanish in high school, and B-level Swedish in primary education. The position also involves class teacher duties. The class and teaching groups are small, and all students have their own paper books.
