Manager, IAM Security Operations, Trust & Safety - Shopify - Remote - Global

We are looking for an IAM Security Operations Manager to lead Shopify's Worker Identity function within the Security team. You will lead a team of security analysts and system admins across Shopify's worker identity program — and own the systems, processes, and risk intelligence that ensure the right people have the right access at the right time, and nobody else does. Your key areas include owning the end-to-end access lifecycle, risk analysis, IAM analysis, developing operational metrics, managing tooling operations, and building a secure, observable access environment. You will collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Talent, and Compliance teams. The role requires experience managing security or IAM teams, understanding identity lifecycle management, and familiarity with IAM tools like Okta and protocols such as SAML, SCIM, OIDC.
