Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in our B2B Health vertical, you will be the first point of contact for new prospects. You will research, engage, and qualify leads to build strong relationships that support Lingoda’s mission to expand high-quality language learning opportunities for healthcare professionals in Germany and beyond. Your tasks include cold acquisition, outbound calling, qualifying prospect lists, multi-channel outreach, tracking activities in CRM, collaborating with the sales team, attending trade fairs, and representing Lingoda professionally.

Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential new customers in healthcare/elderly-care sector by phone.
- Build pipeline and book qualified meetings.
- Engage and nurture prospects via multi-channel outreach.
- Qualify leads and hand over opportunities to Sales Managers.
- Track activities and outcomes in CRM (HubSpot).
- Collaborate within the sales team to improve outreach and conversion.
- Attend trade fairs and on-site meetings.
- Represent Lingoda professionally and empathetically.
Requirements
- At least 1 year working experience in sales, customer support/service, education, or operations roles.
