What will you do as a practical nurse with us? - map residents' resources and support needs - plan, implement and evaluate care together with the team - take care of medication - ensure that every resident can live a good, safe and high-quality everyday life Your contribution is of huge importance – you are part of creating an environment where people can truly be well. The position is full-time and valid until further notice. The work is 3-shift work and we can agree on the start date of the employment with you, however, we hope that you can start your work as soon as possible. What do we require from you? - Vocational qualification in social and health care - Vaccination protection as referred to in Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect customers and patients throughout the employment relationship - Hygiene passport or readiness to complete it within three months of starting employment - Fluent Finnish language skills - Criminal record extract for employment relationships longer than three months (when working with minors, elderly and disabled) - Sote professional card (certificate card) What do we offer you? - We walk beside you: Your supervisor is not far away, but present in everyday life – supporting and walking beside you. The salary range for the position is €2415.76 - €2612.33 (from 1.9.2026 the range is €2493.06 - €2719.93). Please note that we are a smoke-free workplace.
