Job Description
The Customer Success Architect (CSA) team focuses on hands-on technical enablement, adoption, utilization and maturity - while maintaining strong customer relationships and business alignment. The role involves partnering with customers to turn their goals into actionable objectives, guiding them on platform use, acting as liaison for questions and escalations, owning customer accounts, onboarding, building success plans, managing escalations, and supporting training. Candidates should have understanding of Git, software development, DevSecOps, and experience in customer success, project management, and technical problem-solving. Fluency in English and Arabic required.
