Business Controller We are looking for a Business Controller for Kekäle to be responsible for the overall financial management and to support business development through analytics and reporting. Your tasks - Coordination of the overall financial management - Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting - KPI monitoring and business analysis - Supporting management (Board, Management Team) in decision-making - Steering outsourced accounting and payroll We expect from you - A suitable university degree (accounting) - Experience in both external and internal accounting - Strong analytics and reporting skills - Ability to produce analysis that supports the business - Experience in stakeholder work (outsourced partners) - Understanding of the retail industry is considered an advantage We offer - A central role in business development - The opportunity to influence profitability and decision-making - An independent role without direct reports Kekäle Kekäle is a Finnish family business and B Corp company that has combined quality, sustainability, and customer-centricity for over 65 years.
