Work takes place in the child's home, and during your shift, you will focus on caring for only one child at a time. The main focus of the work is quality care and a relaxed pace. Our clients are diverse, and providing safe and high-quality care requires different skills and understanding. The work may include various care procedures and safe medication administration. In addition to basic care and procedures, we ensure the child's development and growth, as well as a safe and meaningful environment, considering the family and their uniqueness. We will train you for the job and support your work in the child's home. We have built a good collaboration with the entire team. Your work is supported by supervisors responsible for the teams. We operate a 24/7 on-call service, which can be contacted if needed. Employees are central to our operations, and we invest in their well-being and retention.
