As a Production Machine Operator of our manufacturing lines, you will lead machine operations, perform set-ups, changeovers, and monitor equipment to meet production targets. Troubleshoot and improve: identify root causes of malfunctions rather than applying "band-aid" fixes. Ensure precision: use tape measures and tools to maintain close tolerances and "zero-defect" quality. Drive safety and teamwork: prioritize a safety-first mindset and step in to help coworkers meet site goals. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, or 3+ years of manufacturing experience. Physical requirements include standing/walking up to 80% of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying temperatures.
