We are looking for a part-time salesperson for a clothing specialty store in Tampere. This is not a chain or mass retailer, but a traditional and distinctive specialty shop where customers are genuinely served and products are approached with pride. In this role, you will be part of an environment that values quality, craftsmanship, and personal service. The work includes in-store sales, customer service, processing online store orders, and other supportive tasks. During quieter times, the job may also involve various practical tasks, so manual skills and initiative are considered an advantage. The customer base includes both local and customers traveling from further away to visit the store, emphasizing the importance of service attitude and the ability to meet different people. The company operates strongly within the traditional craft and specialty retail environment, where natural materials and timeless products are appreciated. We are seeking a person who enjoys working in a small, close-knit team, can work independently, and approaches work responsibly. Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, but the most important thing is the right attitude, interest in specialty retail, and a desire to learn. This is a part-time position, initially offering approximately 13 to 21 hours per week. Working hours are scheduled between Monday and Saturday. The employment relationship follows the retail sector collective agreement. The work begins as soon as a suitable candidate is found, according to agreement.
