We are looking for a coating operator for our client in Järvenpää. The start date can be arranged quickly, and there is an opportunity for long-term employment. As a coating operator, you will be part of a skilled team of industrial painters. Your duties include powder coating or spray painting of surfaces and quality control. The tasks may also include other workshop duties depending on your background. Your workstation will be located in Järvenpää, equipped with modern devices and tools. You will receive comprehensive training for the job, but prior experience is required for success. You may be an experienced professional or a recent graduate in surface treatment or auto painting. The ideal candidate has a proactive attitude, the ability to work in an industrial environment, and is prepared for shift work. Work shifts are scheduled on weekdays, with work performed in two shifts. There is also a readiness for three-shift work. The employment is permanent, starting as agreed. The employment contract will initially be with StaffPoint, with the possibility for the employee to transfer to the client as work progresses. Compensation follows the industrial sector collective agreement, with consideration for previous experience.
