As an early childhood education social worker, you will participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning, implementing, and evaluating pedagogical activities with other professionals. Suitsikujan Daycare Center is a newly built facility, located in Hakunila, with good transportation connections from Tikkurila and Helsinki. The center has 6 groups, working in teams of three educators. The center also employs a comprehensive early childhood education special education teacher, and our team includes a developer teacher and a development social worker. Additionally, assistants and child caregivers providing developmental and learning support work in the groups as needed. In addition to the qualification, we require: Good spoken and written Finnish language skills. Terms of employment are governed by the Municipal General Collective Agreement (KVTES). Salary: 3113-3218 EUR/month (including August general increase). Experience-based salary supplement of 3-8% based on previous work experience. Required licenses: The selected person must present a valid criminal background check.
