Luhta Brand Store offers a wide selection of casual options for everyday dressing for women and men. As a Finnish multi-brand store, domesticity forms the foundation of our operations. The selection consists of practical and good-looking outdoor and leisurewear suitable for enjoying our beautiful nature in any weather. We are looking for a permanent store manager to lead our top team at Luhta Brand Store Kouvola. The store manager is responsible for the overall management of the store team and operations, leading sales and ensuring that efficiency and profit targets are met according to our store concept. You will ensure excellent customer experience and high job satisfaction. You will be supported by chain and field managers who will help you succeed. We hope you have experience in supervisory work and leading teams by example. You are a true customer service professional who creates a positive experience for every customer. You enjoy both leadership and practical sales work and want to develop further in your role. Your tasks include ensuring customer satisfaction according to the chain’s promise, creating a welcoming store atmosphere, implementing sales models, maintaining store readiness, product displays, store marketing, efficient shift planning, staff development, onboarding, and ensuring job satisfaction. We expect retail and customer service experience, strong customer service attitude, sales and staff management experience, entrepreneurial spirit, good organization and stress tolerance, energetic and positive attitude, responsibility, and leadership by example. A commercial and/or clothing industry education is an advantage.
